Celosia *Giant* seeds should be started indoors 8-10 weeks before the last frost. Lightly press the tiny seeds onto a well-draining seed-starting mix, as they need light to germinate. Keep the soil moist and maintain temperatures around 70-75°F (21-24°C). Germination usually occurs within 10-14 days. Once seedlings are large enough and all risk of frost has passed, transplant them outdoors in a sunny spot with well-draining soil. Space the plants 12-18 inches apart to allow room for their large, vibrant blooms.
