Return and Refund Policy – All Drops Store Effective Date: May 15, 2026
Thank you for shopping with All Drops Store. We take pride in our premium fragrance collection and want you to shop with confidence. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- In original, undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
Non-returnable items:
- Sealed fragrances, colognes, and soaps that have been opened (hygiene/health protection reasons)
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@alldrops.store before the 14-day period expires.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, including perfumes, colognes, and soaps.
All Drops Store is committed to complying with applicable consumer protection laws for EU customers, including the right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval status. If approved:
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- If the product is damaged, used, or incomplete upon return, we may deny the refund or issue a partial refund
Shipping costs:
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover return shipping
- If you changed your mind or ordered incorrectly, return shipping is your responsibility
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for the same item if defective or damaged, within the 14-day return window. Contact us first to confirm availability before sending anything back.
5. How to Request a Return

- We will respond with return instructions within 2 business days
