Cancellation policy
Purchase Options Cancellation Policy – All Drops Store Last Updated: May 15, 2026
1. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order by contacting us at info@alldrops.store as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped.
2. Subscription Cancellations
If All Drops Store offers subscription-based purchase options, you may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account and managing your subscription settings, or
- Contacting us directly at info@alldrops.store
Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged for subsequent cycles after cancellation is confirmed.
3. EU Customer Rights
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription or purchase within 14 days of the initial transaction, without giving any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
To exercise this right, notify us at info@alldrops.store before the 14-day period expires. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of your withdrawal request.
Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened, including perfumes, colognes, and soaps.
4. Refunds on Cancellations
Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our error.
