1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Zones & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight, via our carrier SMSA Express.

Kuwait 🇰🇼

  • Local Delivery — 2.000 KWD flat rate
  • Estimated delivery: within 24 hours

GCC Countries 🇸🇦🇦🇪🇧🇭🇶🇦🇴🇲 (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman)

  • Rates start from 7.000 KWD, calculated by weight at checkout
  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Europe 🇪🇺 (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, and more)

  • Rates start from 10.000 KWD, calculated by weight at checkout
  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

United States & Australia 🇺🇸🇦🇺

  • Rates start from 12.000 KWD, calculated by weight at checkout
  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We have no control over customs processing times, which may affect delivery estimates.

EU Customers: Since May 2021, all goods imported into the EU are subject to VAT regardless of value. This may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly through the SMSA Express website or the tracking link provided.


5. Remote Areas

Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas. You will be notified at checkout if this applies to your address.


6. P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. boxes, though delivery times may vary.


7. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with SMSA Express to investigate and resolve the issue.


8. Order Changes & Cancellations

To modify or cancel an order, contact us at info@alldrops.store as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping.
