Germination: Keep the soil consistently moist and maintain a temperature of 65–70°F (18–21°C). Germination typically takes 10–21 days.

Transplant: Once seedlings are large enough to handle and the risk of frost has passed, harden them off and transplant outdoors. Space plants about 10–12 inches apart.

Sunlight and Care: Carnations prefer full sun and well-drained soil. Water regularly, but ensure the soil is not waterlogged. Deadhead spent blooms to encourage new flowering.
