Cockscomb Dwarf is a compact ornamental annual known for its unique velvety, crested flower heads in brilliant shades of red, yellow, orange, pink, and purple. It is ideal for flower beds, borders, pots, window boxes, and landscaping, and also makes an excellent cut or dried flower. In the Gulf region, it grows best during the cool season and continues flowering into warm spring weather.
