Sow Outdoors: Directly sow seeds outdoors in early spring, after the last frost. Scatter the seeds on the soil surface and lightly press them in, as they need light to germinate.
Germination: Keep the soil moist, and germination usually occurs in 7–14 days.
Thinning: Once seedlings are a few inches tall, thin them to about 6–12 inches apart to allow for proper growth and air circulation.
Sunlight and Care: Cornflowers prefer full sun and well-drained soil. Water regularly but avoid overwatering, as they don’t like wet feet. Deadhead spent blooms to encourage continuous flowering.
Sweet Sultan Mix is a colorful blend of cornflowers in shades of pink, purple, and blue, making them perfect for flower beds, wildflower meadows, or cut flower gardens. These flowers are also excellent for attracting pollinators like bees and butterflies.
