Dwarf Morning Glory 'Blue Ensign' is a compact annual flowering plant that produces brilliant sky-blue flowers with a bright white ring and a golden-yellow center. It forms a low, bushy mound about 20–30 cm tall, making it ideal for flower beds, borders, rock gardens, hanging baskets, window boxes, and containers. The flowers open in bright sunshine and close in the evening or during cloudy weather. It performs exceptionally well in the Gulf when grown during the cooler season.
