Farmers Market Jalapeño is a productive jalapeño variety known for its thick-walled, dark green fruits that ripen to bright red. It has a medium heat level (approximately 2,500–8,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU)) and is ideal for fresh use, stuffing, grilling, pickling, salsas, and sauces. This variety grows exceptionally well in the Gulf region when planted during the cooler season and is suitable for gardens, containers, greenhouses, and hydroponic systems.
