Thai Giant Green Eggplant is a vigorous, high-yielding variety that produces very large, round to oval, light green fruits with tender white flesh and a mild, sweet flavor. It is widely used in Thai, Asian, Middle Eastern, and Mediterranean cuisine for curries, stir-fries, grilling, stuffing, roasting, and stews. The fruits are rich in dietary fiber, vitamins B1, B6, C, potassium, manganese, and antioxidants, making them both nutritious and versatile. This warm-season crop performs exceptionally well in the Gulf when planted during the cooler growing season.

• August to November (recommended)
• January to February (inside greenhouses or protected growing areas)

Seed Preparation
