Globe Amaranth 'Strawberry Fields' Red is a heat-loving annual that produces brilliant strawberry-red, clover-like flower heads on long stems. It is highly valued for flower beds, borders, containers, pollinator gardens, and dried flower arrangements. It thrives in warm climates and performs exceptionally well in the Gulf during the cooler months and into early summer.

Best Planting Time

  • October to March (recommended)
  • Can also be started in late winter for spring flowering.
