Medicinal Golden Strawberry Ground Cherry is a compact relative of the cape gooseberry (Physalis). It produces sweet golden fruits enclosed in papery husks and grows well during the Gulf's cooler months. It is easy to cultivate in gardens, containers, and raised beds.
