Orange Accordion Tomato is a rare heirloom, indeterminate beefsteak tomato known for its spectacular deeply ribbed, accordion-shaped fruits with a brilliant orange color. The fruits typically weigh 250–500 g and have thick, meaty flesh with few seeds, making them excellent for stuffing, slicing, salads, roasting, sauces, and gourmet presentations. It has a sweet, mild flavor with low acidity and produces continuously throughout the season. In the Gulf region, it performs best during the cooler months and thrives in greenhouses, raised beds, large containers, and hydroponic systems.
