1. When to Sow:

• Indoors: 6–8 weeks before the last expected frost (early spring)

• Outdoors: After the danger of frost has passed (late spring)

2. Seed Preparation:

• Soak seeds in warm water for a few hours to speed up germination (optional but helpful)

3. Sowing Indoors:

• Fill trays or pots with a light seed-starting mix

• Sow seeds on the surface and press them lightly into the soil

• Do not cover heavily – they need light to germinate

• Keep the soil moist but not soggy

• Maintain temperature at 21–24°C (70–75°F)

• Germination takes 10–21 days

4. Transplanting:

• Once seedlings have 2–3 sets of true leaves, harden them off for a few days

• Transplant outdoors in full sun

• Spacing: 25–30 cm (10–12 inches) apart

5. Growing Tips:

• Prefers well-drained soil and full sun

• Drought-tolerant once established
