Sweet William Catchfly

1. Sow Indoors: Start seeds indoors 6–8 weeks before the last frost. Lightly sprinkle seeds on the surface of moist, well-draining soil or seed-starting mix and press them in. Do not cover, as they need light to germinate.

2. Germination: Keep the soil moist and at 65–70°F. Germination takes about 14–21 days.

3. Light: Provide full sun or partial shade for best growth.

4. Watering: Water regularly, allowing the soil to dry slightly between waterings.

5. Transplanting: Once the seedlings are large enough to handle and all danger of frost has passed, transplant them outdoors, spacing plants about 6–12 inches apart.

Sweet William Catchfly is ideal for adding a splash of color to gardens and is also attractive to beneficial insects.
