'Bajkal' Welsh Onion is a hardy perennial bunching onion that produces long, hollow green leaves with white stems. Unlike bulb onions, it is grown mainly for its tender stems and leaves. It is excellent for salads, soups, stir-fries, noodles, omelets, and garnishes. In the Gulf region, it grows best during the cooler months.
