White Bhut Jolokia Pepper is a rare white-colored selection of the famous Ghost Pepper. It produces creamy white to pale yellow fruits with an extremely high heat level of approximately 800,000–1,000,000+ Scoville Heat Units (SHU). The peppers have a fruity, smoky flavor and are commonly used for making hot sauces, chili powders, and spicy seasonings. Due to its long growing season, this variety performs best in the Gulf when planted during the cooler months and is ideal for gardens, containers, greenhouses, and hydroponic systems.

Best Planting Time

• August to October (recommended)
• January to February (for protected greenhouse cultivation)
• Avoid outdoor planting when daytime temperatures consistently exceed 40°C.

Seed Preparation
