Yellow Cherry Pepper is a compact, high-yielding sweet to mildly spicy pepper that produces small, round fruits resembling cherries. The peppers ripen from green to a vibrant golden-yellow and have a crisp texture with a sweet, slightly tangy flavor. Depending on the variety, the heat ranges from 0–500 Scoville Heat Units (SHU) for sweet types to 500–2,500 SHU for mildly hot types. It is excellent for stuffing, pickling, salads, grilling, and fresh eating. This variety performs exceptionally well in the Gulf region when planted during the cooler season and is suitable for gardens, containers, greenhouses, and hydroponic systems.

Seed Preparation
