• Orchid seeds require sterile flask germination; scatter seeds on a sterile agar medium (MS, KNUDSON C, or Vacin & Went).

• Keep flask at 24–26°C, bright indirect light, and high humidity inside the flask.

• After 4–6 months, seedlings (protocorms) grow roots and leaves.

• Begin deflasking by moving plantlets into a shaded, humid space (50–60% shade).

• Pot in a fine orchid mix: sphagnum moss + fine bark.

• Gulf care: Protect from heat >35°C, place in airy shade, and mist lightly to avoid dryness.
